And on a brighter note...

Whilst the SWPP Convention is far from my favourite event - especially as it involves working over a weekend - it was really great to catch up with a lot of customers, past and present, and also to meet a lot of aspiring professionals with whom we look forward to doing business in the future.
The international contingent were much in evidence, and we were pleased to supply equipment to Janneche Stronen from Norway and Michi Watanabe from Japan.

Once again I failed to persuade Chris Hill from Slough to replace his white vinyl background - He bought it originally in 2002, and meticulously controls what footwear goes onto the background: It just goes to show that it lasts with care.

The show moves next year to a new venue at the junction of the Edgware Road and the M40 - Bigger it will be... Better? Who knows? We'll have to wait and see!
