Our first engagement after Focus was with Kevin Cheeseman's School Photo Pro at Coventry for their annual conference.
This fledgling organisation, born from an internet forum, offers a think tank and platform for independent schools photographers across the UK, and the gathering was an enthusiastic collection of like minded business, supported by a good number of trade companies, and deserves every encouragement as it has a definite niche in the market place that they directly cater for away from the very much larger American style organisation which is the alternative for most schools photographers.
The Bigger Picture Roadshow held its first event of the 2011 season this week (5th April) at the Vine Inn, Ower near Southampton, and all the Associate companies were pleased to see a good turnout of both seasoned professionals, newer professionals and high end amateurs.
Our next events are in the North - Tues 10 May at Hilcroft Hotel, Whitburn, Lothian (Just off the M8) and the next day, Weds 11 May at the Derwent Manor Hotel, Alensford, near Consett and Newcastle, just off the A68 and A66.
For these events we will be welcoming Aaduki Insurance as a new exhibitor.
